HOW TO RECEIVE MONEY
- Upon information from the centre for having sent the money through Western Union, obtain 10-digit code number - MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) and amount sent.
- Walk-in to the nearest Western Union outlet.
- Fill "To Receive Money" form. Be sure to include the sender's name, country and MTCN code Number.
Produce any one of the following valid photo identity:
IDs acceptable for transactions:
INDIAN NATIONALS
IDENTITY PROOF BEARING PHOTO:
Legal name and any other names used.

- Valid Passport
- PAN card
- Voter's Identity Card
- Valid Driving licence
- Identity card
(eg. Central Govt / State Govt employee id card, employee id of Armed forces/ Paramilitary forces, Employee id of RBI/SEBI,TRAI,IRDA).
- Letter from a recognized public authority or public servant verifying the identity and residence of the customer.

PROOF OF ADDRESS:
Correct permanent address.
(To be obtained where id Proof does not contain address)

- Telephone bill
- Bank account statement
- Letter from any recognized public authority
- Electricity bill
- Ration card
- Letter from employer
(i.e. Govt. Depts., Public Sector Corporations, Banks & well known Companies).

- Valid Refugee Cards
