Job Description

    • Developing and implementing SOP’s for improving  the operational efficiency of forex vertical
    • Developing and implementing SOP’s for  new products
    • Handling operations in compliance with the regulatory prescriptions (FEMA, PML etc) and ensuring high level of customer service.
    • Close co-ordination with the product managers and zonal heads, ensuring smooth and profitable operations.
    • Ensuring correct executions of customer orders, timely deliveries in line to order confirmations.
    • Handling customer complaints and feedback to ensure prompt and satisfactory redressal
    • Preparing MIS for the top management.
    • Alerting management on any possible revenue or leakage ,fraud etc
    • On- boarding new corporate customers ensuring full KYC
    • Follow up of SAR. Cash / Currency Balances held at branches.
    • Day end monitoring & authorization to permit postponement of day end in exceptional cases.
    • Inter branch FCN Transfer & imported currency's proper use
    • Branch Working Capital Monitoring.
    • Minimum Margin monitoring.
    • Branch’s CCTV footage monitoring on a random basis.

    • Improving the overall customer relationship, delivering reliable administrative support and customer service
    • Ensure compliance to internal guidelines and regulations for sales related processes transaction processing and customer service related processes
    • Contributing to the sales and marketing initiatives, as well as new product / service introduction, based on market and competitor insights
